Cancellation and Refund Policy
Note that this policy only applies to paid subscriptions, not free memberships. If you didn’t type in payment information, you haven’t subscribed.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancellation and Refund Policy of MarriageHeat.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, to avoid an additional billing, subscriptions must be canceled no later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to your next billing date.
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to your next billing date. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a reply from MarriageHeat as to the status of your request generally within 48 hours.
Your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the billing cycle.
We will issue refunds for subscriptions if requested within 7 days of the original purchase of the subscription, i.e. your first payment.
You must email email@example.com within 7 days of the original purchase of the subscription requesting a refund. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a reply from MarriageHeat as to the status of your request generally within 48 hours.
Please note: if issued, our payment processor advises that a refund can take 5-10 days to show on your statement.
Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be canceled effective immediately.
