Till Death Do Us Part (Part 1)

I know that there may be some hate after reading this story. In the last three months my life has changed a lot.

My second child was born, my late husband died, I moved to Nevada, became pregnant, and got engaged. But that isn’t all.

Many may think, ‘well her husband died two months ago…she shouldn’t marry so soon-better yet be pregnant’. But this is my life and I’m just following my Lord’s path for me.

September 20, that day will forever be remembered.

I married Jake.

I’m going to give you all a quick background on our relationship and then how our married life is now.

Jake and I have known each other for years. We lived in Nevada up until I fled the state and married Gabriel. The reason why I fled Nevada was because Jake and I almost did the do…and I didn’t want to do that outside of marriage so I took off. Now, Jake is a lawyer and still lives in Nevada.

And now here I am…a ring on my finger and his baby inside me.

Our wedding was very, very small. Vivianme was the flower girl which ended up in laughter since she tumbled a little and my sweet baby boy just slept in my mothers arms.

As I walked down the aisle, I saw some of our family and friends. I saw my parents, my children and my soon to be husband.

Jake took ahold of my hand and had a few tears in his eyes. We then said our vows and became husband and wife.

Though we wanted to have a long engagement, we just couldn’t wait and knew that God wanted us to marry soon.

Wedding Night

My parents took the kids (as usual), and Jake and I came back home. First time, Jake has actually spent the night since he hadn’t fully moved in since the wedding took ahold of our time and I just wanted us to not have a physical connection until we were married.

After, seven weeks, I was going to get some action the right way. Married I mean. I’m not trying to say that marriage is all about sex…

Jake opened the front door and picked me up and carried me into our bedroom.

He laid me down

Part 2 will be out soon.

It's your life…..you and God are the only ones that need to know what is right for you. You were single…..very soon….after his death…..maybe so. But, it's your life. Hopefully, you two will be happy and all goes well. Do not let others run your life. Good luck !!!!!

I'm happy for you Mrs. Jessa! Judging for any sin that you have already repented of would be not only disrespecting Christ sacrifice on the cross but also stating that we know better than God, the One who not only forgave you but any and all of us who have called upon Christ to be our Saviour!

I am simply happy for you my sister in Christ! I can't even begin to understand all you have and will go through! I glad that Christ sent you a new husband to lead, guide, protect, provide, and serve together with you and your children! As someone who wants a heart that beats to love of Christ, I can't feel anything but sheer and unstoppable love, joy, and happiness for you and your family!!! ?

Praying for you all mam! ?

    Jessa,
Only you know the path that you should take. You trust in your relationship with God and what He has in store for you so as long as you prayerfully consider all that you do and follow His will, then there should be no judgment by anyone. All of us "strangers" here on MH are invested in you and wish nothing but happiness for you and your children. Not knowing you in person allows for a different experience and perspective but know that we all wish you abundant joy in your new life.

    Hi Jessa

    Congratulations

My prayer is for your good health and strong marriage. Have you two been able to find a solid Bible teaching church? That will provide a strong foundation for you and your family. You are much loved! God bless you both. LH
