Always A First.

I’d like to indirectly “introduce” myself as SHVN.  Also, I’d like to tell you MH-readers a bit more of myself.

Not only am I a young Christian woman who loves reading & writing, I also like staying physically avtive and healthy by weakly doing cardio, swimming and at times also jogging.

My title, Always A First, was chosen to emphasise the fact that this will be my first (ever) post on MH.com and hopefully not my last. I love writing poetry & short stories, and I can’t wait to start writing my very own & unique MH stories.

I’ve been following up on most of the stories for the past two years now, and it’s amazing to see how MH created a family of Christian married couples sharing their excitement, love and happiness on this website. It’s inspiring to know that one can be inspired, by the write of a few (or many a few) words and the sharing of love.

I told my Lovie (pronounced “lovey“) about a month ago how I’ve been enjoying this website by reading all of your stories. I think, we too, can be inspired by your stories, experiences and dreams. Note: by the way, Lovie is my other half (I won’t use his real name; instead I’ll talk about Lovie from now on in all of my posts).

I’d also like to thank MH.com in advance- after two years of discovering & reading your website, I’d like to say you’re doing more than just a great job. Not only by organising, publishing and approving stories, but the fact that this is a Christian inspired website, makes it more than great, greater & greatest.

Greetings & Love,

SHVN

Hey Harper! Well I guess my story has been dicarded. Supposedly was to be published November 7th, but still unpublished. I do not understand why. Tried to contact the Admins but have yet to receive a reply. I am a little perturbed, so I guess this will be my last post here on MH. I know the Admins do the best they can and have a life other than this site. However, they should not "schedule " a story if they are not going to stand by that schedule. I am not saying I am leaving MH, but I wrote the story for my dear Gina as a tribute to her. Gonna write it out on paper and include in one of her Christmas presents. God bless and have a Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to you and yours!

I agree. LH told me those dates and times are approximations, but yes, I agree they shouldn't post it way after. Oh well they do the best they can, though I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Maybe try click on "restore" if you see it in the trash? Or has it disappeared completely?

It's so lovely your writing about the lovely Gina. A story of mine is to be published in a few days, I'm hoping about my husband's point of view of our wedding night. Can't wait to see what people think! 😀 Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to you and your family, Ben and may God bless you greatly. Give my regards to Gina, Alicia and the others 🙂
