The So-enjoyable Nudist Life
My wife and I discovered the lifestyle together by accident. We stayed home from the office one day and decided not to get dressed. We sleep naked, so we spent the day that way and discovered such openness and freedom. The experience hooked us both, and so began 20+ yrs of a nudist lifestyle. It was quite a 180 for her, as she is naturally a very conservative soul.
We have kids and just danced around their schedules. When they were not around, our clothes came off immediately. I was blessed to marry my fantasy girl, a very pretty blue-eyed petite blonde with a model figure that stops traffic.
We are empty nesters now that the kids are successfully launched, and we live naked full-time when not at work. I get to look at my dream girl, and at times, I still can’t believe how life has changed since we made the switch from traditional textile living to nudism.
After some years, we started feeling stuck in the house, not able to go outside naked. We are both very outdoorsy types. So we built a very large private backyard that allows us to enjoy the outdoors nude. Eventually, the subject of trying social nudity came up, and we visited a local club. It was our first foray into being nude around others. To be clear, my wife and I are not interested in a swingers’ lifestyle. We are dedicated to each other, so we chose a family-oriented club.
By our third visit to that club, we felt so at home that my wife suggested we get our own place there—which we did. It is amazing how fast we made lifetime friends. My shy, conservative wife is as at ease being seen naked by friends as she is being seen by me. She loves to host get-togethers at our house, and the next thing I knew, nude potluck dinners and hot tubbing with nothing but laughs and good times with fellow nudist friends became the norm.
Naked friends are the best friends!
Truly a dream come true to live the way we were created to live! Just curious how your adult kids feel about it. Many have raised their kids successfully in nudist homes, with well adjusted adults as the result. Have they also embraced the same lifestyle?

The kids do know but don't say anything about it. Birth mom ordered that no open nudity in front of them so we just danced around there schedule. She is very jealous of my wife's appearance. Obviously the kids have caught us as is going to happen when you live with us.

I think this sounds dreamy… having a couple dozen friends over…. eating, laughing, swimming, talking…. ALL NAKED and carefree. Hopefully the group thinks that erections are a natural occurrence, b/c I would surely have one!
We enjoy nudity but only in private because W often becomes erect and doesn't like being seen. I agree that it is perfectly natural and I understand why seeing my pussy makes him stiff. He says that knowing how nice it feels gives him a thrill every time and he can't help it.

Is it my imagination, or are there a lot of couples here, that qualify as exhibitionist and/or voyeurs?
Not saying it’s wrong if it’s done appropriately, as we are guilty of the same.
It’s just something I notice.
Being a nudist does not mean being an exhibitionist nor a voyeur. It means being comfortable living the way we were created to live. Now that Christ has restored our relationship with God, we are free to be naked and unashamed once more.
Definitely, there are couples that are exhibitionists. Those types get rooted out very quickly at our local club.
None of our friends are; we just enjoy the freedom of the lifestyle.
I am fascinated by the idea, but nudity and sexuality cannot be separated in my brain. Do you feel sexually aroused seeing other couples naked?
I understand that you are not looking for sex outside of your marriage, but do naked woman besides your wife excite you? I love my wife but struggle to see how seeing other women nude would not be a temptation.
They don’t have to be separate. I think most of us on this site would agree that sexual intimacy should remain monogamous. BUT, does that apply to arousal? If I watch a steamy sex scene on Netflix and get aroused, and then make love to my wife, have I broken our vows or committed sin? Is arousal a sign that I’ve been “tempted” to cheat on my wife at all? Is it ok to experience sexual arousal (literally titillated) via this website or conversations or images of nudity or whatever, and still remain 100% committed to our spouse even though they were not the cause of that arousal?
I was also worried about that until we went to a resort. To my surprise, there was nothing sexual about it. With everyone being unclothed, it just felt normal. The mystery of the hidden and forbidden was taken away and people just went about life. It was very refreshing. In fact, sexual activity was the quickest way to get thrown out of the place. We went to a clothes-free beach and had the same experience. We do society and the church a great service by unhitching nudity and sexuality.
I love going to the nude beach. I usually glance around to see who’s there, but it’s just people hanging out at the beach, not a sexually stimulating event. Just a bunch of people being comfortable. Nudity is not sex, taking a shower together doesn’t mean sex.
We agree. We have become home nudists and have visited nude beaches and resorts! It's such a freeing lifestyle. Living as God created us!
