“Spring” Cleaning?

There seems to be a theme here! We just got our first real snowfall for the year, so it’s definitely not Spring! But we do need to clean up our membership list. We are getting dangerously close to the number of usernames our system can currently support. So we will be sending out an email in one week that will ask if you are still an active member of MH and want us to keep your account alive. If we don’t hear back from you—or if the email bounces or you unsubscribe using the link in that email—we’ll go ahead and close your account.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t sign up again later! It just means you won’t be able to sign in to comment or submit stories until you do! Just be sure to use an email address that you can access so that we can contact you about your account. You can opt-out of any other emails, but we have to be able to reach you regarding account maintenance.

If you already know you aren’t going to be able to get this “keep me active” message because you can’t access the email account you used to create your username, please use the contact form to update to a new email address before next Saturday, 23 Nov 19. We’ll need you to verify your identity by supplying both the old and new email addresses, though.
