Ok ill answer for you. First thing remember that performing fellatio is very easy but somewhat some caution has to be applied. From my personal experiences I had I've done fellatio many times with many men, but since I married I do it only to my husband. My personal preference for a penis is cleanliness before even taking it in my mouth. I can only speak from my experience with my wife and my preferences:
1. The basics are very simple: The head of the penis has the most sensation. On the bottom side of the penis, just below the head, is also fairly sensitive and feels good when licked and sucked.
2. To start, go slow. Do you stroke him until he is erect, or do you just take him in your mouth? You can decide this. He'll enjoy it either way. Don't necessarily start by taking him completely into your mouth. Go slow, working your way down. As you pull back, provide a gentle sucking, almost like you are creating a small vacuum with your mouth.
