Update: Latest input from someone having a problem with reCaptcha on Login was that restarting the device resulted in no error message, but screen freeze-up. But after a password change, login was completed successfully. So sorry some of you are having such difficulty.

A couple of folks have written in to say they can’t log in this morning. After extensive attempts to rectify the situation, the only solution we have found is to reset your password. I hope that fixes it for you, but if not, please let us know.

Okay, I checked that page and reset the reCaptcha. Hopefully that fixed it?
