My wife and I are so thankful for the gift of this site. We have read all of your personal stories and are impressed, stimulated, hard/wet, and wiser.
In the February 2014 issue of National Geographic, under the Title of Karma of the Crowd, it says among other things: “Belonging to a crowd — at least the right sort of crowd — might thus benefit the individual in the same ways more personal social connections do . . . Why should belonging to a crowd improve your health? . . . The cornerstone of the effect is shared identity. You think in terms of we rather than I.”
We have just begun to realize how fulfilling this site is, how hard you work for us, and are grateful many times over.
You have given us a place to share our identity. It makes us feel warm inside, hopeful for a brighter world, knowing that there is a group of caring, loving, and compassionate people to share our lives with.
We look forward to more of your personal stories, more of your wisdom, and your watchfulness of this site.
Bless you and your husband.
We are sorry that this post was not one of your favorites!
Help us understand why.
