I don’t entirely know what the deal is. I know that it’s all volunteer admins, so I think they fall behind on reviewing/approving. My advice is to try again (I know… UGH), and make sure your application answers are short and sincere. If your answers give them a cause for concern they might not approve you. That said, SOTB is worth the effort. It’s not a part of MH, but it has the same sex-positive mission. Not as many stories as here, but it’s more highly interactive in real time. So both sites are perfect compliments to each other, IMHO. Like anything in life, it’s not always for *everyone*. But for me these are two great communities with a lot of overlap.
