Keep Droning On and On…

In reference to the ending of our story “Breaking in the new Adirondack Chair“:

So does anyone know the laws or rules about flying drones in neighborhoods? For extended periods of time? Hovering overhead while excited, naked wives and husbands, in the privacy of their backyard sanctuaries, passionately kiss one another… mutually taste the sacred nectar of their passion… take turns riding and pounding one another in blessed oblivion?

Asking for a friend.

LG, not a story so much, but some good material for a nice fantasy or two! So thanks!

I was wondering if this “friend” for whom you’re asking has been an unwitting exhibitionist while sexually engaged “al fresco”, or wants to know how far is too far as an aerial voyeur.

In either case, the fantasy potential is great.

As an exhibitionist, I would love to be passionately engaged with Queen during our Naked Deck Time (NDT) and hear the quiet hum of tiny motors in between our groans and the creak of the lounger.

As a voyeur, I would love to crest a tree line while doing my self-appointed security rounds only to find neighbors enjoying their own NDT! Gives new meaning to “Neighborhood Watch”!

Thanks for ironing out these legal and moral boundaries!

There are FAA rules against flying them near airports. Maybe “landing strips” are also off-limits?😏

It’s a gross violation of privacy. I expect your local ordinances may need to be updated for this kind of peeping.

I would like to control who is able to see my “landing strip.” 😉
I guess it would be okay as long as something is covering my strip, like, say The back of Jim’s head…
Everyone here knows one of my nip massages is fine with me as long as I can see the video later…

Don't know the rules, but local ordinances would be a start. In our area we had a local ordinance about parking on the grass next to an alley. I was fined because a bicycle cop happened to be passing by. Never seen one since, and we have lived in the same house 23+ years.

It was just temporary anyway, (Parking) as I was mowing the grass and needed to move my car. I tried to explain to the officer, but he said he'd already written the ticket. (AAARRRRGGGG)

Many, but I don’t think all states have updated their laws to ban drones from flying over private property without the property’s owner’s permission. Some states have laws particularly against voyeurism via drone.

Although I am fine with anonymously sharing our sexual adventures in writing here on MH, I don’t want us to be on public visual display nor our sexcapades on video on some internet site. Although I will admit that we were once ALMOST caught when having some intense sexy fun outdoors.

if it is a small drone it can be flown for recreation without a license. there is a weight limit and a reason limit. if it is classified as a larger drone or any drone doing some task u must get a license. the fine can be quite high.

  6. SilverGold says:

Here’s a site that has drone laws: http://www.findlaw.com then search for drone laws.

Several states prohibit the use of drones to invade privacy.

    Alaska’s law:
Prohibits the use of drones to commit video voyeurism (invasion of privacy). Class B misdemeanor; Class A misdemeanor if images were distributed or transmitted to another party, or posted to the Internet.

CreamyPatty (and BillyJoeBob) – You said 'I would like to control who is able to see my “landing strip.”' I am in complete agreement with you. We should have privacy if we want it.
