Hey, this is Callie, resident admin and attempted IT person. Just wanted to let you know that we’ve had a wave of users contacting us about password issues since transferring to a different membership platform, and we suspect some passwords have been scrambled in the process.
This should be fixable by hitting the Lost Password button… however. Some email providers are, for whatever reason, automatically blocking the emails the system will send you. If this happens to you, please don’t hesitate to shoot me a message through the Contact page listed in our main menu, or by emailing email@example.com so I can set you up with a new temporary password and get you back into your account!
