Second, I think I outlined this to LovingMan in a reply comment a while ago, but can’t find it. In a nutshell … (and this is all my interpretation) …
* naturalist seems to imply or include some connection to getting back to Mother Earth, and in touch with nature in some “naturalism” way. I’m all for getting connected with God’s creation, and stewarding it as He charged us to do. But the quasi-creation-worship is a non-starter. And real naturalists seem not connected with the sexuality at all. Not for me.
* nudist seems a micro-societal rebellion against wearing clothes, fighting some imagined clothing slavery, and just not liking “textiles” (people who wear clothes). And they’ll clearly say it’s not about sex. Well, what’s the point of that?
